Week 3 warm up - Light jogging, skipping, shuffle steps, high knees and butt kicks. Inch worms, walking lunge with a twist, ear craw;, crab walk (5 push ups, 5 sit-ups, 5 squats) x 3. Jog 90 seconds
Walk 90 seconds
Jog 3 minutes
Walk 3 minutes
