Spiritual WoD 7/3/12

  • Read Mark Chapters 3&4 - Mark, underline or write down those things that jump out at you, you relate to or raise a question in your mind. These will be the basis of our conversation on Thursday night.
  • Pray this prayer several times throughout the day.  Lord, I pray that _______ turn from his/her sin and follow Christ.
  • In your journal record the answer to this question: Have you damaged another person by your words, either behind their back or face-to-face?



Training
Week 2 Warm up - Light jogging, skipping, shuffle steps, high knees and butt kicks. Inch worms, walking lunge with a twist, (3 push ups, 3 sit-ups, 3 squats) x 3

1 Round for Time If you have been training for at least 3 months on your own use the first set of numbers.  If you are relatively new to training use the numbers in parentheses. Write down your time in your journal

100 (50) Jumping Jacks
75  (35) Squats
50  (20) Situps
25   ( 10) Pushups

Cool down - z stretch into glute stretch, butterfly, calf stretch, kneeling shoulder stretches
